How to book :

* Fill in the Booking form. Confirm clearly in point 5 of the form that it concerns the rental of the apartment  “Villa Utopia Viñuela”.

* After checking the availability you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation. The deposit is 50% of the total amount. After receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final.

* The rest of the amount must be paid 6 weeks (= 42 calendar days) before arrival date, including the deposit of 250€.

* We advise you to take care of a good travel and cancellation insurance.

* Minimum stay of 7 days.

Cancellation conditions :

• Deposit of 50% at reservation. In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival we will refund the full deposit.

• If canceled within the period of 8 weeks before arrival date, 40% will be charged.

• If canceled within the period of 3 weeks (= 21 calendar days) before arrival date, 60% will be charged.

• If canceled within 21 calendar days or if not appearing on the arrival date, 100% will be charged.
