Villa Utopia Viñuela → Rental terms
Rental terms “Villa Utopia Viñuela" The lessor is obliged to make the rented object available to the tenant on the agreed date and time in good condition. The tenant is not permitted to rent out or allow the use of the apartment, in whole or in part, to others. The tenant undertakes to comply strictly and correctly with the rental conditions. The tenant is liable for damage to the rented property, including the damage or loss of (part of) the inventory, caused during the rental period, unless he can demonstrate that the damage cannot be attributed to him, his family members or guests. In case of non-compliance with the rental conditions, the deposit (see below) will be retained as compensation, plus the extra costs incurred. By paying the deposit you agree with the rental conditions and the house rules. We are not responsible for any accidents and children should never be left alone by the swimming pool!
Number of persons The rented property may not be occupied by more than 4 persons.
Arrival - Departure: Check-in time : 14.00u On arrival, the tenant will receive the keys (3) of the villa. Check-out time : 11.00u Please close the property at departure and return the keys as agreed in the small locker provided for this purpose near the door.
Cleaning : The tenant is obliged to leave the rented property in good condition and tidy. The lessor is responsible for the final cleaning, for which a fixed fee of 90€ will be charged.
Guarantee : Together with the payment of the remaining rent, a deposit of 250€ must be paid. If there is no damage or loss of equipment, the lessor will refund the deposit to the tenant within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period.
Inventory : An inventory list is available. The tenant is obliged to check its accuracy and to make his comments within 24 hours. On departure, the inventory will be checked. If something is missing or broken, this will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets / Smoking : Pets are not allowed in the rented property and smoking is not allowed inside.
Electric cars : It’s not allowed to charge the battery of your car on the electricity grid of the rental property.
